Frank J. Gaziano Memorial Offensive and Defensive Lineman Awards

Kickoff for 2021

After a hiatus during the 2020 Maine High School Football season due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Awards Selection Committee is proud to annouce the return of the Frank J. Gaziano Memorial Offensive and Defensive Lineman Awards for 2021.

Now in its 11th year, the tradition of the Awards continues to honor the hardwork, success, and integrity of Frank J. Gaziano.  His commitment to excellence is well-represented and exemplified by the high school student-athletes who compete for the prestigious recognition and Awards.

The dedication, character, and discipline to be a candidate for the Awards is remarkable and is a true testament to the leadership of all the nominees.  These young men lead their teams in the crucial role of offensive and defensive lineman, and in doing so, rise to the challenge to win and perservere on every snap.  Those honored by the Awards have further demonstrated with equal merit their positive citizenry in the community and their strong commitment to learning and academics.

The selection committee looks foward to its responsbility to steward the Awards and welcome nominees and finalists into the 2021 class of the Frank J. Gaziano Lineman Awards.
